Product Questions
What are your products made from?

Our formulations are 100% biodegradable, phosphate free and safe in and around the marine environment. We offer a range of products for different application areas and also multi use products. Cleaner disinfectants and sanitisers conforms to EN 1276.

Have you tested the products?

Our products are made from tried and tested safe formulations and are independently tested to EN1276 giving a 99.9999% germ kill.

Are your products tested on animals?

We never have, and we never will. We ensure that none of our raw materials are of animal origin or are tested on animals. We are proud to be accredited by both Cruelty Free International and the Vegan Society as an approved manufacturer.

Are your products safe?

All our water soluble sachets are very safe to use and are protected and wrapped in PVA film (polyvinyl alcohol) which is NOT plastic and fully dissolves into water. It is biodegradable and forms part of the safe chemistry of the cleaning action.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

We always recommend that you wear protective gloves when cleaning surfaces to protect yourself against germs and bacteria.

How many capsules in a pack?

We have various pack size solutions that includes a starter kit to get you going and a refill system for you to top-up your product requirements economically.

Do you use less chemicals than other products?

Some products carry their own hazard symbol, if applicable, which relates to the powder in the sachet being concentrated. The sachet and the product is wrapped in water soluble film, which means there is a protective barrier between the user and the product. Once diluted the solution as no hazard to you and the marine environment.

Do your products contain a bleaching agent?

Chlorine bleaching agents are very good at killing germs and bateria but are not good at cleaning and are not environmentally safe. There are better and safer ingredients which we are using that are equally, if not better, than bleaching agents.

Do your products contain antibacterial agents?

Yes, but only the products used for sanitising and disinfecting.

I have limited storage space

Space is a premium at home or on board so our products required very little space to store. Tubs and re-sealable bags for easy storage and dispensing. Greatly reduces storage space against traditional products.

What is the fragrance?

Smelling nice is part of the cleaning process so we use carefully selected subtle fragrances in our products. But don't forget, correctly cleaning surfaces with effective cleaning materials removes dirt and bacteria that causes most unpleasant smells.

Why do some cleaning products carry a hazard warning regarding aquatic life?

Because their ingredients contain harmful chemicals. We don't use harmful ingredients in our products and therefore are safe in and around marine and aquatic life when diluted.

Are your products sustainable and practical?

We are very proud that our products are designed to be used with re-useable trigger bottles and sprays. we offer flexible packaging formats, no costly dispensing that is wasteful of resources. Reduces waste packaging by 88%.

Can I use your products at home?

You can equally use our products at home and on the your boat with the confidence of getting great results and doing your bit in reducing single use plastic.
