Thank you for doing your bit to Save our Seas by buying eco-friendly, chemical-free cleaning products for your boat or yacht.

Here's everything you need to know about delivery and returns...

DELIVERIES:

 

Q.  HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

The majority of deliveries arrive within 5-7 working days; however, please be aware that due to COVID some areas of the UK are experiencing longer delays of up to 15 working days for orders to arrive.

Our standard delivery service is not tracked and not guaranteed within a timeframe.


Q.  DO YOU SHIP TO EUROPE?

We don't currently ship to anywhere but mainland UK. However, if you aren't based in the UK use our contact form to let us know what you want and where you want it delivered.  We can then contact our trusted partners and get them to tell me how much it will be. Once we agreed we'll let you know and get them delivered

RETURNS:

 

Q.  DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Yes, we are happy to accept returns. Provided the product packaging is unopened and we receive the item(s) within 60 days of delivery, we will process a refund for your order. You will receive a confirmation of this via email. Funds will be restored to your account within 14 days of receiving your returned item(s).

We do not have a free returns service, therefore, the buyer is responsible for paying any return postage costs.


Q.  WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURNS TO?

Please send you returns to:

MARINE HYGIENE, HILL TOP, BUNKERS HILL, BADBY, NORTHANTS NN11 3AW

Please ask the Post Office for your proof of posting certificate (receipt) and retain it for your reference.


Q.  WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Refunds for posted returns can take up to 14 days to be processed from the date of return.


Q.  I HAVE LOST MY PROOF OF PURCHASE / POSTAGE.  CAN I GET A REFUND?

Without Proof of Postage we cannot refund any money if we do not receive the returned items. The Proof of Postage will be stamped by the Post Office and supply a tracking number to prove the item(s) have been returned.

Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
